The new DeviceEdge is based on NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX launched by Aetina. Aetina has launched a new series of NVIDIA Jetson-based embedded systems and platforms. The systems and platforms are powered by NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX and Orin Nano system-on-modules (SoMs) during consumer electronics shows.
The new DeviceEdge systems and platforms are a set of embedded computers designed for use in AI and IoT, ideal for running AI inference tasks in different types of applications.
All of the 8 computer types feature either the Jetson Orin NX or Jetson Orin Nano SoM. The Jetson Orin NX modules can deliver up to 100 TOPS of Artificial Intelligence (AI) performance. The Orin NX has three times the performance of the Jetson AGX Xavier and five times the performance of the Xavier NX.
The Jetson Orin Nano modules can have up to 40 TOPS of AI performance, with up to 80 times the performance of the Jetson Nano.
Some of the key features of the DeviceEdge systems and platforms are a power range of 12V to 24V DC can operate in extreme temperatures from -25℃ to at least +70℃. They also support backup functionality and support data recovery.
There is M.2 E-Key for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth function expansion and an M.2 M-Key for a storage upgrade. All the systems are built with the 128GB Innodisk SSD for faster data transmission.

There are four systems that feature the same small carrier boards and are suitable for development and system integration on a smaller scale, or in compact spaces. The other four systems are built for a median-sized board to accommodate M.2 B-Key for LTE/5G for function expansion.
The I/O port setup is meant to be compatible with many different types of sensors, which allows developers to AI systems and platforms. They are able to run analytics tasks that can be based on many types of data, including video, images, and audio.
