DAO Group is a computer systems company providing software and hardware to the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) industry. With enterprise technology growing more sophisticated as DAO’s customers expand their businesses the MobiControl suit of products helped to reduce device provisioning and customer training times by 50%.
The overall effect was more time for DAO to focus on customer relationships, rather than time-consuming customer training and provisioning. DAO is growing rapidly and this reduction in time spent in other areas helped them to continue its forward motion in growth sectors.

Prior to SOTI implementation, DAO Group had been required to provide software updates and troubleshoot device issues on-site. There was the need to connect each device manually causing a large portion of the day just going from device to device to pinpoint the problem.
SOTI MobiControl allows the company to update software remotely, and during off-peak hours. Critical issues with hardware can be addressed within ten minutes of the problem occurring. This is substantially reducing downtime for staff, due to long hours spent diagnosing device issues.
