Medical Grade High-Power AC-DC Converters Roll

Aimtec has introduced its new HAMJZ series of open-frame and enclosed AC-DC converters. These product series are designed to meet EN60335-1, EN61558-1, EN62368-1 and EN60601-1 standards, thus enabling them to be used in a wide range of applications such as home appliances, medical and industrial applications.

The HAMJZ product family ranges from 65W to 350W and can accept a universal input voltage range of 85-264VAC and provide 3.3V, 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V, 24V, 36V, 48V and 54V output voltage options. With a low no-load power consumption, these products are a good fit for equipment that do not need to operate continuously. This family of products can achieve CISPR32 class B and a ESD contact immunity of ±8KV and an air immunity of ±15KV without external components. The EFT of ±2KV/ surge L-L of ±2KV are also standard EMC features for the -HAMJZ family.

The HAMJZ family is designed to meet IEC/EN60601-1 with 2xMOPP along with 4000VAC of reinforced insulation which is a good fit for medical applications. Finally, these AC-DC converters have a small footprint and low component height, which offers more flexibility in designing the end product. With a standard JST connector, these products are easy and quick to install because they do not need soldering.
