ClearBlade, the Internet of Things (IoT) and Edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) company, released its new SaaS offering ClearBlade IoT Core. This will replace Google’s retiring IoT core cloud product and provide industry-standard IoT cloud services capabilities.
ClearBlade IoT Core will offer efficient scaling and hardened security for enterprise customers. For customers already established with GCP, ClearBlade provides an easy-to-use, one-click migration process and GCP range pricing.
This IoT Core is a fully managed service, and manages, connects, and ingests data from globally distributed devices securely.
- Device registry and management
- Messing through a scalable and proven MQTT broker
- Topics that are simply mapped to GCP PubSub
- Enterprise integrations via REST APIs for ease of use
IoT Core upgrades easily to a private instance of ClearBlades award-winning IoT Enterprise product. The system provides a code engine that does inline stream processing, also integrates directly with enterprise software, and offers Data as a Service (DaaS) built-in, with moving device information in external and internal data stores. There is an ONNX-based AI runtime for Artificial intelligence and predictive maintenance.
“ClearBlade has been in use and trusted by enterprises long before the hyperscalers released their IoT offerings. Companies need software that gives them scalability, flexibility, and immediate ROI, so they rely on ClearBlade,” stated ClearBlade’s CEO, Eric Simone. “Our team has real-world enterprise experience both in the field and at scale. ClearBlade welcomes comparisons to any and all IoT and Edge software providers. We are that confident in our software offerings.”
ClearBlade offers these replacement services for the GCP IoT Core.
- Approved Independent Software Vendor (ISV)
- Migration Service Integrator (SI)
ClearBlade’s IoT Core has been reviewed and approved by Google as an outstanding replacement for Google’s IoT Core. The main feature of the ClearBlade IoT Core is the one-click process for a full migration of all server-side assets, including authentication certificates, PubSub topic mapping, and device records. Which eliminates the need for a costly custom build.
ClearBlade CTO, Aaron Allsbrook added “IoT Solution developers already have their plates full with building new features to spend time building a new solution to replace what is already working. ClearBlade IoT Core provides the exact capabilities in-house today with the smallest possible impact to existing working systems.”
