The mbed-based mbat is a bat detector that uses an FFT and iFFT algorithm to convert ultrasound into audible sound. The frequency spectrum of the input signal is displayed on a 64 × 128-point dot-matrix LCD, giving the user a graphical overview of the entire ultrasound spectrum.
